Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sargodha (BISE Sargodha) came into being in 1968 under the provision of West Pakistan Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (Multan and Sargodha) Ordinance No. VII of 1968. Sargodha Board results for matriculation classes are declared in June or July and for intermediate classes are declared in August or September every year. BISE Sargodha results show quality of education spreading throughout districts concerned with it. Sargodha Board is also responsible for advancement of sports and extracurricular activities.
