She was a 90s pin-up that donned the famed Baywatch swimsuit and adorned the cover of Playboy magazine three times.
So it's no surprise that Carmen Electra is at pains to look good, even when she's undergoing a punishing workout.
Electra slapped on the make-up and put on the famous pout during the sparring session.

This was no ordinary workout however, with Electra being trained by undefeated mixed martial arts and Strikeforce champion Ronda Rousey.

The Hollywood beauty was put through her paces during the work out, but heroically managed to look sultry rather than sweaty.

Gym bunny Electra dressed in a tight fitting ensemble of pink and black leggings and a pink low-cut top as she flexed her high kicking muscles and even threw some punches at tough-as-nails Rousey.
No wonder she's all smiles during the workout however - the fitness regime has certainly paid off and she looks like she hasn't aged at all since finding success in the hugely successful lifeguard drama 14 years ago.

But while she can seemingly dodge punches with one of the world's toughest women, there was no way of deflecting the verbal battering she received from her stint on Britain's Got Talent.
She was panned for her flaky comments while she was on the judging panel of the reality show as Amanda Holden was on maternity leave.
After these tough pictures prove though, we bet no one said anything to her face.
