The existence of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Gujranwala (BISE Grw) was taken placed in 1976 after bifurcation of Lahore Board. BISE Gujranwala carried out examinations of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examinations every year in the educational institutions come under its jurisdiction.
